Skion Educare Private Limited is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our training centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall centre management, including team leadership, achieving admission targets, and ensuring high-quality training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administration of the training centre.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Oversee training delivery quality and student satisfaction.
• Plan and execute local marketing strategies to generate inquiries.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the Head Office.
• Handle student grievances and ensure compliance with company policies.
