Job Summary

Skion Educare Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist Cum Telecaller . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will also handle outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and handle front-desk activities professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students.
  • Maintain a log of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
